Waste and Resource Mangement
Services:
Aqueous simply means of or containing water.
Our bulk aqueous waste services benefit from the latest
treatment technologies to remove or isolate hazardous
materials and reduce environmental impact with
innovative reuse solutions…
Organic and inorganic substances added to water can create a mixed
waste called aqueous waste. These liquid wastes are treated to reduce, remove or isolate any hazardous substances.
M. Gaze’s waste management facility is equipped to treat a wide range of
bulk aqueous wastes. Some of the state-of-the-art technologies we use at
our dedicated waste management facility to ensure successful treatment
include a dissolve air flotation (DAF) plant, reverse osmosis ultra-filtration
plant, bio-digestor, centrifuges and reed bed systems.
Some of the bulk aqueous wastes we are highly experienced in dealing
with include:
• Interceptor wastes
• Bund and pit waters
• Glycol and water solutions
• Tank washings
• Food process washings
• Brewery wastes
• Detergent solutions
By decontaminating aqueous waste, the by-products can be reused in certain processes. At M. Gaze we treat input steams to an extremely high quality so that they are suitable for reuse in our industrial cleaning applications or for clean-water discharge.
The most common emergencies we come out to resolve are industrial spillages, flooding events, traffic accidents and pollution incidents. However, if you find yourself in a situation that is cause for concern, we advise you to take a cautious approach and to get in touch.
Our phone line is open on a 24/7 basis. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, even if you are not sure it warrants an emergency dispatch, do not hesitate to call us on 01508 548543. We are based in Thurlton, South Norfolk, and will get to you as soon as we can. Our teams are experienced in dealing with a range of emergency scenarios, and have the vehicle fleet and equipment needed to make the scene safe and minimise the damage.
